Sorry about the lack of updates. It isn't school, nor housework, nope, it's MARIO KART: DOUBLE DASH (!!)! Yes, that's two exclamation points. Anyways, it kicks ass, a great party game and the music is lacking.

I guess the power shock friend Keith's router a while back so we're using mine now. A bit odd that that happened, but at least I'm more familiar with it, not that it makes much of a difference. I'm running Shareaza again, as I want to take a break from BitTorrent to let the rest of the TMNT stuff die so I can redo them in some glory.

I'm waiting for Black Friday(The day after Thanksgiving) to go to Fry's. I'd like to pick up a new wireless mouse, a scanner, bigger hard drive and a DVD-burner. I'd also like to get a new graphics card, capture card and monitor. This computer is almost a year old and nearly anything that WASN'T replaced is showing it's age.

To those not in the know, last February, my computer just decided to die on me. After extensive testing I found out it was either the processor or mobo, so I asked my brother to pick out a new pair. In the process I also got new RAM(As the old one doesn't fit). Then I had to mod my case by drilling out some parts so it fit inside. I eventually picked up a new case at Fry's that fit fine(Of course, at first it didn't boot, becasue I didn't use washers when I was screwing it in). I also bought a new keyboard after HORRIBLY trying to clean my old one that sucked anyway. I also got a new webcam, a Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000, the best damn one on the market. I swear, that thing is awesome, the pictures may look crappy, but that's because I don't take the time to play with it, but it does have mega pixel quality.

My capture card seems a bit flaky, so my next one I'd like to get an ATI All-in-wonder. I'd like a scanner so I can make cbz's of my TMNT comics for me and my #tmnt-files friends. The monitor would be nice because this one can't handle certain res's and refresh rates, which is why I'd also like a new gfx card(Currently a GF2GTS). I'd also like a DVD burner so I can convert my TMNT and Batman:TAS eps to DVD and get them off of my drive for good. The main computer itself is running fine though. The migration from 98SE to XP Pro was a bit bumpy, but everything's pretty much worked out for the better. Java no longer has tons of memory leaks when I run it. Recently I had an uptime of 13 days, stopped only because I moved the desk in my room to take up less of it.

I know of 1 person who regularly reads this, along with some other links, but let me know who you are! Email moi!
