Our Media Addiction

Well, I had some time this weekend and finished up Grand Theft Auto... Vice City Stories. A few weeks ago I noticed I was near the end, so I was visiting my family this weekend, buckled down and finished the last half-dozen missions. I still MUCH prefer Liberty City Stories because of the less 80s flair. Seriously, I know that's the gimmick, but honestly, it's too much. Also, too much pop-in, stupid-hard missions, a less varied, more boring city and a lot of other things. Not to say it's a bad game, but LCS is much better to me. Otherwise, spent more time with Rock Band and getting back to F.E.A.R . and almost done with that. Feels like I'm stuck in the past, but as long as I'm happy, I'm good.

Guys, I'm impressed with this season! It's better than others and finally, a surprise int he finale!!! A plus-sized model won!!! I was surprised, shocked and encouraged!!!!! It's time for normal girls, not that skinny ones with poor food habits!!! But the healthy ones!Yes, I admit, Anya did a great job during the whole season! I'm proud of her! But, as I said, it's time for normal girls like 90% of us!!!!!! YAY!

24 hours into GTA4 . Holy crap. So much to do. Such an experience. The wallhugging and CQC could be improved a little, but otherwise I'm quite pleased. Oh, and the music selection is REALLY weak. Like, you know how Rock Band picks out a lot of #2 hits from artists? Well, it's like GTA4 consists of #3 songs. There's nothing really there to stand out. Makes me wish for custom soundtracks. Oh that's right, Microsoft fucking PATENTED it. Wonderful. Software patents are such bullshit. They hurt the industry so much. I'm looking at you Namco and Sega. Outside of that, I got the wireless Nyko Kama and it does its job. Great build quality and fits perfectly with their Perfect Shot . Tried it with House of the Dead 2 +3 Return and Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles . I ordered the Widow Maker Bass Guitar from the Ant Commandos for Rock Band and Guitar Hero 3 . I'm excited. It seems to have great build quality and universal compatibility. I can't wait for Activis...

I love movies about love! Yes! I'm a sensitive girl :))) I have just watched Roman Holiday. WOW! Such a nice movie! Actually I have watched it for many times, but every time, when I watch it, is the first time!!! NICE! For those who did watch it! In short! So, A girl, an English queen, visits Rome. One night she gets crazy from her daily responsibilities and she escapes... a lot happens.. she meets a American man who tells her that he sells chemicals, but in real he's a journalist who should take an interview with her! But he keeps it secret.. again, a lot happens... Of course, they fall in love but she should come back to her queen life! Oh! They part! No sex! NOPE! It's a good movie! I enjoyed watching it! You can hear some phrases in Italian :)) Okay, It's my choice of the day! :D

Oh! Finally I finished my 3-day shopping spree!!! Whew! The first 2 days were dedicated to me and today was dedicated to my brother! Actually I love shopping! Yeah, I agree that it can help relieve stress! and make you happy and satisfied. It's like an outlet. So, go shop, ladies and gentlemen!!!!

Sooo, I've just come home after a long shopping evening! And I'm going to watch one of my fav shows THE OFFICE which has a 4 seasons! I'm excited to see what will happen to Michael! I always feel sorry for him and his "sometimes-craziness". And you? He is a good guy, but he is like a baby who refuses to grow up and lives in his childhood! Btw, do you like that Jim is with Pam, and not Karen?? Yeah, Karen is cuter and smarter! :) Okay, I should watch The Office now!

Some words about the Biggest Loser Season 5! I love the Biggest Loser! I didn't like Ali very much because she returned in the middle of the competition. But I'm happy that she won because she's the first woman who won that thing! I wanted Kelly or Roger or Dan to win it, but whatever. And this season was the best!!!! That trip to Australia! It was awesome!!!! As for Mark, I didn't like him at first, but later he changed and he showed his true good personality! He deserved it too! Now, I'm looking forward to watch the next BL :)))))

This is a test to see how well I can easily integrate avatars into my posts. Honestly, it's no bother for me to do it, but I want to make sure Katia has no problems. I think it's pretty easy. The compose field shows her image by default and she doesn't need to do anything special, other than click near the top to start writing text. Honestly, I don't like that double line along the rightside under profile AND how it randomly seems to switch my name and hers, but I like this more than the last. But I still love Rock Band.

Redid the site. Let me know what you think. I still need a good way to differentiate our posts.

So, right now I love Bridget Jones's Diary! What do I like about this movie? It's that it's weird, and I'm weird. Guys, it's kinda frustrating that I have to hide my weirdness in the country where I'm staying right now.. because people wouldn't understand me! and think that I'm stupid... And hiding myself, I feel unconfident, "uncomplete"!!! So, I love this movie because it's crazy like I am! honest and funny!!!! And I love funny things! ))))

Maybe I should do this. Maybe I shouldn't. But I am adding my girlfriend to the blog. This means her movie/tv show opinions will be here. I figure it'll add more traffic, or at least more content. Anyone care? ANYONE?
