Sorry about the lack of updates. It isn't school, nor housework, nope, it's MARIO KART: DOUBLE DASH (!!)! Yes, that's two exclamation points. Anyways, it kicks ass, a great party game and the music is lacking.
I guess the power shock friend Keith's router a while back so we're using mine now. A bit odd that that happened, but at least I'm more familiar with it, not that it makes much of a difference. I'm running Shareaza again, as I want to take a break from BitTorrent to let the rest of the TMNT stuff die so I can redo them in some glory.
I'm waiting for Black Friday(The day after Thanksgiving) to go to Fry's. I'd like to pick up a new wireless mouse, a scanner, bigger hard drive and a DVD-burner. I'd also like to get a new graphics card, capture card and monitor. This computer is almost a year old and nearly anything that WASN'T replaced is showing it's age.

Wee! I loaded up a bunch of songs onto my Zire71! 23 I think! I cleared up space on the card(128MB) by deleting files on the handheld itself(Clears the backup), removing Scumm games I didn't play(Sam N Max, Loom, etc.) and finishing up some other games and deleting those.
Everything from Vanilla Ice's Ninja Rap to Kurtis Blow's The Breaks.
I also finished the main body of Zakui, the Master Grade Gundam Michelle gave me. I painted the inside figure, the axe and the first coat on the larger Ramba Ral figure. I still have to put the guns together. In the meantime I just took the bazooka and rifle from RX-78-2 and set up a little scene of sorts on top of my dresser.
Speaking of my dresser, I moved around some more shit today. This time I moved the toys closer together, moved the picture frame elsewhere and that freed the Z-Cards off of the table near my bed. I was able to move that into the closet where I put the stuff inside the closet onto the bottoms of it(There...

That's my bed. It's a bunk bed, I'm still waiting for a 4th roommate. Bionicle posters line the wall. The shelf is full of bionicles and Gundams. Febreze and Goemon are on the bed edge.
That's where I'm typing this right now. Comfy chair, nice window. I'm also putting together ZAKU-I(Master Grade) right now as well.

Talk about relaxation. Today I woke up early because I went to bed early. Very nice to take your time doing things. Of course, how do you tie off a nice day? How about with a late rent notice? We have some $490($540 now after the late fee) of unpaid rent, but we can't verify shit as the office's computers are all screwy right now. Obviously there's a problem somewhere, but I doubt it's mine.
Well, my triangle-drawing program doesn't look like it'll be too hard. Right now I'm just setting up the User Interface. It took me a fair amount of time to figure out the problem of why the window wasn't appearing. I wasn't naming the window right. It was called "Triangle Drawing" but it was looking for "Ellipse drawing" from the last assignment! D'oh! Right now I'm in the process of turning the nasty numbers on the side into a nicer looking integer, instead of a bunch of trailing zeros. I already got the method for throwing in three points. EVERYTHING'S in there but the main code! ;)
In other news I got one of my eBay shipments today. It was in a big 'ol box. Heavy. About 25 or so TMNT comics all waiting for me to read them! After finding out where I left off in the books(Collections of a few issues each), I read the next 3. I don't have #15 yet, so I'll find that somewhere. In the meantime I'll read the TALES of ...
Well, my family is gone. They took my old clothes, gifts, games and my mother's camera with them. Of course, my father left his sweater here.
That's a lot better than me leaving my car/apartment keys in the bathroom in California when I left for my plane flight back to the apartment in June. My brother found them, called me, and we met up at a K-Mart on the way to LAX. THAT was a scary moment.
In other news, our game, Barren: Wastleland Memories, has reached some kind of milestone. It's beyond proof of concept, but not quite alpha. I'm happy with the way it's turned out so far, and bickering aside, it's all working out.
I also bought 2 of the new Mega Man snapkits at Toys R Us. I am displeased with them. Jazwares Inc. is the maker of them, NOT Bandai. Bandai makes the Gundam snapkits and the japanese Mega Man snapkits. I own 2 of the Bandai Mega Man ones(Falcon Armor X and Irregular Hunter Zero). Well, as you can see in the cam, I picked up a Broadband adaptor today in anticipation for Mario Kart. WOOHOO!
I also fiddled around with video again as tomorrow is the season finalé for TMNT2003 and I want to get the capture done right. I'm installing Adobe Premiere right now. Hopefully it works as well as it makes it out to be.
My father and sister are up here. I'll be busy hanging out with them doing stuff.
